"Explore the Unusual"

$500.00

What is usual and what is unusual?  It’s all based on context and perspective.  Curiosity and faith moves me to try new things—again, and again, and again.

I love figuring out how to do things and solving problems that present themselves in the process of creating.  I love to build structures as much as I love to make art.

I read tons of books and have heaps of organized art supplies. I love all the creative possibilities they afford me.

I wish I had a bigger house so I could have more room for my art studio in my living room without having to yoga my way through work tables and the art supply obstacle course that is my living room right now.

If we are made in the image and likeness of God, we must naturally be creative beings.  Exploring new and unusual ways to express myself expands my core and spreads my center out beyond limits.

Making a flower garden out of locks of wool and sequin flowers cut from recycled saris shipped in from India is how I explored the unusual this time.

Explore something unusual and create a new way of expressing yourself.
