"Explore Inward"
The more I look within, the more parts of myself I discover. The more I look within, with kindness and understanding, the more I feel love for myself. There are reasons for all the parts I find in me; valid reasons. In my wilderness awareness classes I was taught that the first rule of the Apache scout is, “Know thyself.” The second rule is, “Know thine enemy.” And the kicker is, “Sometimes thine enemy is thyself.” I have overcome many of my mental blocks by looking within and understanding myself better. Look within with compassion and understanding, for greater awareness.
