Day 25 "Hills of Light"
Hills of Light
One day I was feeling bored so I asked my Lion,
“What shall we do today?”
My Lion tore open the wall of the scenery
Where we were,
And led me up some stairs, into the light.
We entered a place of white rolling hills.
The hills themselves were glowing.
On the hills were rows and rows of people,
As far as my eyes could see,
Standing spread eagle, and touching fingertips.
Each person was glowing with a bright white light
So I couldn’t see their features.
I got to stand with the bright light people
For a moment or two
Along with my Lion,
And then I was back to the physical.
I wondered about what that place was.
Then one day,
When my Lion was not there,
I ripped open the scenery just like the Lion did
And went up the stairs.
I lined myself up with the people, just as I had done with the Lion,
Spreading my arms wide to be part of the chain,
When a little short dark haired woman,
One of my guides,
Whispered into my ear very kindly,
“Dear, You’re not supposed to be here.”
Immediately
I was back where I started,
Filled with love to overflowing!
I thought it was funny because,
I felt so much love,
Even though
I had just been kicked out!
Felted merino wool with bead embellishments.
