Day 16 "The Universe in You"

“The Universe in You”

10 women lay on the floor,

After 3 hours of Kundalini yoga,

And did a meditation

With our eyes shut.

As we focused on different parts of our bodies,

We said out loud,

Over and over,

“I bless myself, I am, I am.”

I focused on my right elbow;

Not that that matters;

And a vision opened up to me.

I saw,

And understood at the same time,

That

Our bodies are made of countless universes

Of entities,

That have come together,

Out of love,

To give us this experience.

It was so beautiful

I covered my face with my sweater

And cried.
