College was stressful for me.
More than I had realized.
Home, on break for the holidays I fell ill with an ulcer.
On a diet of half and half and Riopan every half hour,
I laid on the couch by the Christmas tree.
Every night, by the lights of the tree,
I read "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy.
Every night, till the wee hours of the morning, I read.
That Christmas was magical and perfect.
Not able to go anywhere,
Not able to do anything,
Just me and the tree, and an epic fantasy.
