There is a certain magic to creating;

Making things;

Building things.

Taking a thought

Or an idea,

And bringing it into physical existence

By gathering up bits and parts

And placing them together in an organized way.

My favorite way to create is bit by bit.

Starting with an idea,

Going to gathering materials,

Then putting them together;

Adjusting and changing it up

Wherever I want

To be satisfied with my creation.

This Faberge style Christmas Tree is a great example of being able to make something in the physical world based on a thought. Wet felted merino wool and silk, with stitching and beading. 9” x 10”. Framed in a white shadowbox frame.
